Aleksandra specialises in public procurement law, advising both contracting authorities and contractors at all stages of procurement procedures.

She represents clients in proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber (Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza) and before common courts in matters relating to the award and performance of public contracts.

She has participated in the implementation of long-term infrastructure projects, providing comprehensive legal support for procurement processes as well as advising on the resolution of disputes between investors and contractors.

Aleksandra also advises on commercial contracts, new technologies, copyright law and personal data protection (GDPR), including the implementation of internal procedures and compliance solutions.

She provides ongoing legal support to foreign entities and international scientific and infrastructure consortia, in particular in projects carried out in an international environment.

She has been involved in developing legal frameworks for cooperation between the private sector and scientific institutions, including projects making use of research infrastructure within EPOS ERIC (European Plate Observing System).
