Filip Pawlus, Ph.D.

Filip specialises in real estate transactions and administrative law, in particular in the areas of spatial planning and development, construction law and heritage protection.

He has provided legal assistance in numerous proceedings concerning the abuse of municipal planning powers and administrative discretion.

He represents businesses and individuals in administrative, civil, and administrative court proceedings and is the author of legal opinions in the field of administrative law.

In parallel, he undertakes academic research in administrative law. In March 2024, he was awarded a Ph.D. in law by the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University.
