Hubert specialises in real estate transactions as well as civil and commercial law.

He conducts comprehensive legal due diligence of real estate, advises on the acquisition and disposal of properties, and handles disputes arising from legal and physical defects of real estate.

He provides ongoing legal advice to housing communities and housing cooperatives, in particular in matters relating to relations with developers, the implementation of investment projects, and disputes concerning contractual liability.

Hubert represents clients before common courts, public administration authorities and administrative courts, and also takes part in pre-litigation negotiations and negotiations at the contract performance stage.

He also advises on company law, supporting clients in ongoing corporate matters, contractual risk analysis, and projects related to business restructuring.
