Michał is a new technologies expert, including broadly defined “artificial intelligence” and ICT risk and data management.
He often takes the initiative and reacts to changing project conditions. He is characterised by understanding business needs while taking into account the risks that affect business. He pays particular attention to the challenges of processing different categories of data and adhering to the principles of privacy, data protection, and ethics by design and default.
Michał worked for financial institutions on digital transformation, automation and elimination of redundant processes and research and development (R&D). He also has experience working in public sector institutions, including the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
He is deputy chairman of the working group at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister on Artificial Intelligence and an external expert for the consortium in the EBRD and the European Commission project on creating a legal and regulatory framework for technological innovation in finance. He is also a lecturer on postgraduate studies in IT Resource Management at the Warsaw University of Technology and Law in the Business of New Technologies at Łazarski University. He is the author of “Fintech – Technology, Finance, Regulation. A practical guide for the financial innovation sector” awarded eDucat in 2021.
Michał understands the technological environment as well as project management principles and agile methodologies. In his work, he applies SCRUM. He also has basic programming skills (Python).
