Dyrektywa NIS-2 w Polsce b\u0119dzie wdro\u017cona g\u0142\u00f3wnie poprzez nowelizacj\u0119 ustawy o krajowym systemie cyberbezpiecze\u0144stwa. Co wi\u0119cej, dotyczy tak\u017ce sektor\u00f3w dot\u0105d niekojarzonych z cyberbezpiecze\u0144stwem, takich jak produkcja \u017cywno\u015bci, chemikalia czy ochrona zdrowia \u2013 a to nadal nie jest pe\u0142na lista!<\/p>\n

Dyrektywa okre\u015bla list\u0119 podmiot\u00f3w kluczowych i wa\u017cnych podlegaj\u0105cych nowej regulacji.\u00a0Bez wzgl\u0119du na wielko\u015b\u0107 i obr\u00f3t tak\u017ce przedsi\u0119biorstwa ma\u0142e i mikro mog\u0105 by\u0107 obj\u0119te NIS-2 i uznane za kluczowe, je\u015bli ich dzia\u0142alno\u015b\u0107 dotyczy okre\u015blonych sektor\u00f3w.<\/p>\n
