Zapobiega\u0107 ma ona tzw. ucieczce emisji z kraj\u00f3w Unii Europejskiej, do kraj\u00f3w nieobj\u0119tych systemem handlu uprawnieniami do emisji, a tym samym utracie miejsc pracy i miedzi, aluminium, o\u0142owiu, cynku, cyny, sur\u00f3wki \u017celazostop\u00f3w, \u017celiwa, stali, wyrob\u00f3w hutniczych czy np. odzie\u017cy sk\u00f3rzanej.<\/p>\n<p>We wniosku nale\u017cy wskaza\u0107 m.in. produkt zaliczany do produkt\u00f3w z sektor\u00f3w i podsektor\u00f3w energoch\u0142onnych, wytwarzany w posiadanej instalacji, a tak\u017ce wielko\u015b\u0107 jego produkcji, czy powi\u0105zane z ni\u0105 zu\u017cycie energii elektrycznej.<\/p>\n<p><b>Podmiot ubiegaj\u0105cy si\u0119 o rekompensat\u0119 musi spe\u0142ni\u0107 szereg warunk\u00f3w okre\u015blonych w ustawie, w tym: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>posiada\u0107 tytu\u0142 prawny do instalacji oraz j\u0105 eksploatowa\u0107;<\/li>\n<li>posiada\u0107 wdro\u017cony odpowiedni system zarz\u0105dzania \u015brodowiskowego lub zarz\u0105dzania energi\u0105;<\/li>\n<li>nie znajdowa\u0107 si\u0119 w trudnej sytuacji ekonomicznej w rozumieniu odpowiednich przepis\u00f3w;<\/li>\n<li>nie zalega\u0107 z zap\u0142at\u0105 podatk\u00f3w, innych nale\u017cno\u015bci na rzecz pa\u0144stwa, czy sk\u0142adek na ubezpieczenie spo\u0142eczne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rekompensaty wyp\u0142acane s\u0105 z Funduszu Rekompensat
