Agnieszka guides clients through complex legal issues without losing sight of their practical implications for the business. She builds strong relationships based on trust, drawing on her expertise and ability to listen and provide thoughtful, tactful advice – even on the most complicated matters.

For nearly 30 years, she has specialised in advisory services in the field of real estate and infrastructure. She participates in real estate projects involving industrial, logistics, retail, and office facilities, as well as in infrastructure projects (energy, roads, railways), supporting the entire administrative process of project implementation (permits, environmental issues) and advising on relationships between investors and contractors (construction contracts, EPC agreements, design work contracts).

Agnieszka also supports clients in public procurement proceedings (related to both civil and military infrastructure).

She has combined legal practice with the role of an academic lecturer, delivering a series of lectures on legal issues for engineering students at Poznań University of Technology.
