Maciej specialises in providing regulatory advice to entities from the energy sector. He advises clients on issues related to licences, tariffs, grid connections, support systems, stranded cost payments, and other issues related to the generation, trading in, transmission, and distribution of electricity and gaseous fuels.</p> <p>Maciej advises electricity producers as well as sector investors (both conventional and renewable energy projects). In addition, he has extensive experience in public procurement law, competition law, and environmental law.</p> <p>Maciej represents clients in energy regulation cases before various public administration authorities, including the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, common courts, the Competition and Consumer Protection Court in Warsaw, and administrative courts - including the Supreme Administrative Court. He also supports clients in legislative processes. </p> <p>In the years 2007 - 2010, Maciej worked in the legal department of the Energy Regulatory Office and before that he trained and qualified as a judge.

Magdalena specialises in all aspects of employment law. Her comprehensive experience covers the preparation of various types of employment-related agreements and contracts, as well as internal labour-related documents and agreements between trade unions and employers. </p> <p>Magdalena also advises on employment restructuring, covering outsourcing, group dismissals and cross-border employee transfers. Her litigation practice includes disputes determining the existence of employment relationships, overtime and remuneration, mobbing, and discrimination. She prepares and runs in-company investigations into complaints of mobbing and harassment.</p> <p>Magdalena has authored many articles in Polish publications such as Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Prawna, and Serwis Prawno Pracowniczy. In addition, she often appears as a legal expert on a variety of TV and radio programmes.</p> <p>Magdalena graduated with a Master of Laws degree from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and holds a PhD in criminal law. She completed her legal training as a judge, and is now practicing as an advocate.<br />

Filip provides regulatory advice to clients from the gas and energy sectors, with a particular focus on wind energy producers. He also advises on environmental law and electromobility issues. </p> <p>He supports clients in administrative proceedings for the granting of licences for trading in electricity, gas, and other fuels, as well as in proceedings for the granting of connection conditions and the conclusion of grid connection agreements.</p> <p>He has participated in numerous projects concerning the acquisition of wind farms (including off-shore), involving the analysis of sector-specific agreements such as GCAs (grid connection agreements), TSAs (energy transmission agreements), GCPAs (green certificate purchase agreements), and PPAs (energy sale agreements).</p> <p>Filip advises clients on environmental protection issues, in particular those related to waste management and water law. He worked on a project related to the drafting of the Act on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and also supported a client in a dispute with the leader of a provincial assembly in connection with the revocation of a water permit.</p> <p>
