Katarzyna specialises in M&A transactions, particularly those involving private equity investors. She gained professional experience supporting clients in share and asset transactions and participating in debt restructuring transactions in projects across multiple business sectors.

She supports clients at all stages of transactions, from conducting the due diligence reviews to negotiating transaction documentation and the signing and closing phase of the projects. She also provides clients with post-transactional integration support.

Katarzyna runs projects in banking and finance, with particular emphasis on projects related to financing mergers and acquisitions and bond issues. She negotiates debt financing documentation and accompanying security packages.
