MANAGING ASSOCIATE, ATTORNEY-AT-LAW

Michał specialises in intellectual property protection. For over 10 years, he gained experience at one of Poland’s leading IP law firms, advising, among others, on trademark and industrial design registrations, conducting contentious proceedings, and participating in court proceedings concerning infringements of exclusive rights. He then spent nearly 5 years working within the TMIC team at the Warsaw office of an international law firm, where he continued to develop his experience in intellectual property law. During that time, he also completed an 8-month secondment with the legal team of a global media and telecommunications company.

In his work with clients, he focuses on implementing mechanisms and solutions that enable entrepreneurs to effectively protect their intellectual property and prepare for potential acts of unfair competition.

In his practice, Michał works closely with clients from the creative industries, whose market position depends on the effective protection of industrial property rights and copyright. Over the years, he has advised both domestic and international companies operating in the energy, IT, gaming, luxury goods, automotive, and space sectors.
