Przemysław is an experienced litigation lawyer arguing cases before courts and in arbitration.

He represents Polish and international clients in commercial disputes before state courts, arbitration tribunals, and the Supreme Court. He focuses mainly on building, transportation, automotive and financial industry sectors.

Przemysław represents investors, contractors and architects in cross-border disputes concerning the performance of construction works. He advises on claims under sales and delivery agreements (which includes product claims) as well as in disputes resulting from agency contracts and insurance protection contracts. Przemysław represents in court matters regarding shareholders’ resolutions and disputes with former management board members. He has experience in national and international arbitration cases and post-arbitration proceedings.

At the University of Warsaw, Przemysław obtained a Ph.D. in law based on the conducted research in civil procedure, and his doctoral dissertation was awarded distinction. He also publishes articles in reputable law journals and delivers speeches concerning civil procedural laws, and he teaches classes for advocate trainees in this area.
