Daria is an experienced attorney-at-law and project manager specialising in commercial transactions and business advisory.

In her practice, she supports entrepreneurs in matters related to commercial, business, and civil law, with a particular focus on corporate services, negotiations, drafting and execution of commercial contracts, as well as M&A transactions. She has extensive experience in managing complex legal projects, applying legal project management principles.
