HoSun Nam is the Head of Korean Desk at NGL Legal, where she manages all legal matters related to Korean clients. She focuses on assisting Korean businesses with establishing operations in Poland, including creating business entities, legalizing work and residence for employees, and handling diverse investment projects. Her extensive experience includes advising on both brownfield and greenfield investments, ensuring the successful setup and operation of companies in Poland.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. She also studied Polish Studies and Law at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in South Korea.

As a native Korean speaker and bilingual professional, HoSun combines her cultural insight and legal expertise to bridge cultural and linguistic differences. Her work fosters effective communication, accelerates decision-making processes, and supports clients in achieving their business objectives in Poland.
