With over 30 years of distinguished legal experience across Poland, the CEE region, and international markets, Jacek is a highly respected partner known for his strategic advisory in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance, and financial sector regulation.

He has played a pivotal role in advising on some of the most complex and high-value transactions, including the formation of new banks, cross-border mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions, capital raising, and landmark privatisations involving both public and private sector clients.

Before joining NGL Legal, Jacek held senior partner positions at top-tier international law firms such as Allen & Overy and Wolf Theiss, where he led major deals and counseled institutional investors, private equity funds, multinational corporations, and regulatory bodies. His expertise spans transactional structuring, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate restructuring, always with a sharp focus on aligning legal frameworks with overarching business strategies and client goals.
