Dominika specialises in commercial law, handling mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations of companies and capital groups, particularly in business restructuring, including processes of mergers, transformations and divisions of commercial companies.

Her experience includes comprehensive transaction advisory in the course of preparation and conduct of transaction processes, including developing transaction structure, preparation of transaction documentation, investment and joint-venture agreements and conducting negotiations. She has many years of experience in conducting due diligence reviews, particularly their multithreaded coordination, including cross-border projects.

Dominika has many years of experience in advising on corporate law and providing day-to-day legal services to entrepreneurs. She also supports investors starting their activities in Poland. She also has extensive experience in providing legal services to German-speaking clients.

Additionally, Dominika advises on projects related to digital transformation and digitalisation of legal documentation and framework.
