Anna is considered dependable, well-organised but also easy-going. Thanks to that, she quickly started to assist clients independently and to participate in large complex projects.

Anna advises clients in the product’s entire life cycle: from research and development to any potential disputes related to the product or recalls. She has assisted in clinical trials, introduction into the market, labeling, advertising, consumers’ complaints, and product safety actions.

Experienced in representing clients in proceedings involving their essential products before competent authorities and courts, Anna has a comprehensive understanding of manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers’ needs.

In particular, her practice encompasses the life sciences sector, but she has also assisted automotive and consumer industry clients.

Apart from Polish legal education, Anna has also obtained a master’s degree from the University of Poitiers in French and European Business Law.
