Marta is an experienced advisor in individual and collective employment law.

She specialises in preparing HR documentation to establish and terminate the employment relationship and internal acts such as work, remuneration and remote work regulations. Marta participated in projects concerning collective redundancies and adaptation of HR documentation to the requirements of GDPR.

In her practice over several years, she dealt with all aspects of cooperation between employers and social partners, including collective employment disputes.

Marta represented clients in court proceedings and internal proceedings related to imposing disciplinary sanctions or mobbing allegations. She also participated in due diligence processes.

Marta advised clients from the service industry, logistics and transport, medical devices, the music industry and construction markets.

She is the author of publications for leading Polish journals Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. Marta also assists clients by conducting trainings on employment law.
